A Aparthotel guest may not transfer his room to other persons during his stay.
Persons not registered at the Aparthotel may stay in the Aparthotel room from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
Smoking is prohibited in the David Aparthotel. Violation of the above prohibition will result in the imposition of a fine of PLN 600.
The Aparthotel has a curfew from 22.00 to 7.00. Violation of the night silence will result in the imposition of a fine of PLN 800.
The Aparthotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices
Aparthotel caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The Aparthotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for damages after his departure. The costs of possible damage can be found in Annex 1.
The fee for a lost, damaged or destroyed room key is PLN 200 and will be added to the guest’s bill in the event of a situation.

2. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of the service, the guest is asked to report them at the reception desk as soon as possible, which will enable the Aparthotel to take appropriate action.

Personal belongings left by the departing guest in the Aparthotel room will be sent back after paying for the shipment to the address indicated by the guest. If the Aparthotel does not receive such an instruction, the Aparthotel will store these items for 3 months. After 3 months, these items will be donated to charity.

Aparthotel David Boutique Hotel LM Tomczuk Spółka Jawna, ul. ciemna 13, 51-053 Kraków, NIP: 676-23-00-086 is the administrator of personal data of hotel guests within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended .). The hotel processes personal data of guests only for the purpose of providing hotel services to them. Each hotel guest has the right to access and correct their data. Providing personal data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to rent a room.
