Hotel regulations

Dear Guests,

The hotel management will highly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay of our guests.


  1. A hotel room is rented for days.
  2. The day at the David Boutique Hotel is valid from 15.00 to 11.00 the next day.
  3. At the David Boutique Hotel, registration is required in order to process the order.
  4. When registering a guest at the David Boutique Hotel, the guest and each accompanying person must complete a room rental card, which is an integral part of the Hotel Regulations.
  5. The receptionist is entitled to verify the guest’s data provided in the room rental card and the data of each person accompanying him with the data disclosed in the identity cards containing a photo.
  6. Refusal by the guest or the person accompanying him to fulfill the obligation provided for in point 4 results in the refusal to rent a hotel room.


  1. If the guest did not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
  2. The wish to extend the stay beyond the time indicated in the booking should be reported by the hotel guest at the reception desk by 11.00 am on the day on which the room rental period expires.
  3. The hotel will take into account the guest’s request to extend the stay as far as possible.
  4. The Hotel may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the Hotel Regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the property of the hotel or guests, or damage to guests, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the Hotel.




  1. A hotel guest may not transfer his room to other persons during his stay.

  2. Persons not registered at the Hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.

  3. Smoking is prohibited in the David Hotel. Violation of the above prohibition will result in the imposition of a fine of PLN 600.

  4. The hotel has a curfew from 22.00 to 7.00. Violation of the night silence will result in the imposition of a fine of PLN 800.

  5. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices

  6. Hotel caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for damages after his departure. The costs of possible damage can be found in Annex 1.

  7. The fee for a lost, damaged or destroyed room key is PLN 200 and will be added to the guest’s bill in the event of a situation.



  1. The hotel is obliged to provide:
  • conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the guest,
  • security of the stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of information about the guest,
  • professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the hotel,
  • cleaning the room and making the necessary repairs of devices during the guest’s absence, and in his presence only if he expresses such a wish,
    technically efficient service, in the event of defects that cannot be removed, the
  • Hotel will make every effort to provide a room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience, if possible.

2. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of the service, the guest is asked to report them at the reception desk as soon as possible, which will enable the Hotel to take appropriate action.




  1. The hotel bears limited liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value up to the amount specified in the current regulation of the Minister of Justice, unless these items are deposited in the hotel safe at the reception.
  2. The hotel guest should notify the hotel reception about the occurrence of the damage immediately after finding it.



  1. Each time leaving the room, the guest should check that the door is closed and leave the key at the reception. Otherwise, the Hotel shall not be liable as provided for in § 5.
  2. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices in hotel rooms that are not part of the room equipment.
    For fire safety reasons, all doors must be locked.



Personal belongings left by the departing guest in the hotel room will be sent back after paying for the shipment to the address indicated by the guest. If the hotel does not receive such an instruction, the hotel will store these items for 3 months. After 3 months, these items will be donated to charity.

Hotel David Boutique Hotel LM Tomczuk Spółka Jawna, ul. ciemna 13, 51-053 Kraków, NIP: 676-23-00-086 is the administrator of personal data of hotel guests within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended .). The hotel processes personal data of guests only for the purpose of providing hotel services to them. Each hotel guest has the right to access and correct their data. Providing personal data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to rent a room.
